Terms & Conditions

We are a small company, which prides itself on a personal service to our customers.  Please note the following:

Delivery: We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and try to despatch orders by the next day (within a week at the latest). Inevitably in the run up to Christmas there will be some orders that take a little longer, but we will keep you informed of any delay (please provide us with a daytime telephone number) and if you have a particular deadline, please state it clearly when ordering and we will do our best to meet it.

Overseas Delivery: These are charged at cost according to weight and are sent by Airmail for orders under 2 kilos (by Interlink for heavier parcels in the EU).  We will contact you by fax or email (please provide details) with the postal charges for approval once the parcel has been packed.

Prices: All prices are correct at time of going to press.  We reserve the right to change them.  VAT at the current rate is included in the price; books do not incur VAT.

Trade Descriptions Act: Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct.

Returns: We have remarkably few returns; however, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your goods, please return them within 7 days, unused, and in their original packaging (i.e. in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund.  Please request Proof of Postage from the Post Office.  This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Free P&P for orders over £100 (UK mainland only)
